BUSINESS CONCEPT - WHAT DO WE DO?

A belief in the capabilities of human capital, i.e. that personal resources and talents are decisive for the end product, permeates all our work. This is based on research that shows that there is a clear relationship between good management on the one hand and profitability and success on the other. Our aim is to play the supporting role in the process of developing personal resources in order to create the greatest possible efficiency, productivity and quality.

The working methods and procedures used in Tollgerdt Management Development are founded on scientific research. The research fields that have been studied are amongst others management in industry and the public sector, organization climate, comparative studies of the health services in European countries, relationship between management and ill health, work motivation, personal assessment, successful management in Sweden and Europe as well as female leadership.

Tollgerdt Management Development (Ltd.) work with a practical implementation of research results in the form of developing management, teams and organizations, analysis of company culture, company evaluations, management evaluations as well as management support in both industry and the public sector. We also work with the development of learning through international networks for regions, county authorities and local authorities. Our company is responsible for long-term development programmes combined with carefully performed and thorough evaluations.
